"The Wind Through The Instrument"

Why ujjayi breath?  The link below is one of the best things I've read in a while about the significance of the breath in a yoga practice.  The author is Erich Schiffmann and it is a chapter from his book 'Moving Into Stillness'.  It's almost 6 pages long so give yourself some time to take it in.  It's an easy read and I believe the information will really enhance your experience of the practice.  If you're a regular attender of my class, consider it homework!  Be expecting a pop quiz!  Ha HA Ha!
