Today I had the opportunity to share yoga and meditation with the ladies of the NWA Women's Shelter. My friend, Courtney Kistler, assisted me. We had a wonderful time and they invited us back next month. Nothing like some deep yoga breaths to bring you back to peace when the storms of life are swirling around you!Yin&Wine AND YogaSpa
