Just taught two classes in Bentonville at YogaStory. I feel so blessed. I loooove teaching! I love seeing students go beyond their comfort level and get buzzed by that feeling of, "OH my! I didn't know I could do that!" Because then the next question that comes up is, "I wonder what ELSE is possible?" I know because it happens to me every time I practice.
