Thursday night class is 90 minutes 6-7:30 p.m. 

Friday morning is a 60 minute class at 8:30

Saturday is 90 minutes at 9-10:30 a.m.

Don't forget to reserve your spot for the Inversion Workshop by paying in advance.  Krista DeBuhr is an amazing vinyasa flow teacher.  You will love her playful teaching style.  All levels are welcome!
