Power & Yoga

Power is potent ability!  The skill to accomplish something proficiently with strength, authority and control.  Yoga connects body and mind in a powerful way.  The time you spend on your mat will challenge you physically and mentally.  You will come up against resistance and conquer it - over and over, again.  Limited thinking will fall away and new possibilities will open up.  That is the practice of Power Yoga!  AND you get to leave class a happy, mushy mess :)
