These brave yogi's showed up Big Time for our workshop today! A little laughter, a lot of sweat, and a full helping of community! Thanks Joe, Trish, Allison, Lori, Ashley, Robyn, and Andrea for letting me be your teacher.
Joe will be in the Cave next Saturday @ 9 a.m. Let's show him our support & experience his Super Hot-ness! HA! (Sorry, Joe. I couldn't resist ;)
