Joe's Super HOT Hatha is this Saturday at 9 a.m.
If you've never tried it, don't be scared. He's really nice.
So nice, in fact, that you may forget that it's 105 degrees!
I'll be in the Big A this weekend (that's Arlington, TX) at one of my favorite yoga hot spots The Yoga Project attending "Anatomy Revolution: Yoga as Medicine".
My head is going to explode with all this yoga learnin'!
