Power Vinyasa Yoga...

...... is SO efficient!

I love it in EVERY way.

You've got an hour during the day to spend on “working out”? Maybe 75 or 90 minutes on the weekends??? If you are a busy person who wants to get IT done....get on your mat.

Here's what it feels like:
an obstacle course in August in Arkansas.

Here's what you get physically:
cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility

Here's what you get mentally:
focus & discipline

Here's what you get Spiritually:
a big freaking mirror into your Soul!
