We will go over:
structure of the class
alignment of poses
how to modify or accelerate a pose
there will be time to practice new poses AND get your questions answered! it is NOT a 3 hour practice, it's workshop & play time. bring a notebook & pen and a snack if you want. it will be low key and very informative!
